Flow classes consist of accessible poses that are linked with fluid movement. Core engagement is the only requirement. Classes offer beginner to advanced options so all practitioners can be challenged no matter which level you are at.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Yin is designed to help lengthen ligaments to adjust your bone structure back to it's proper alignment.
These classes are private, one on one classes that are one hour long. The session starts with an assessment to determine what level you are at and where your practice needs to go. This is a personalized session and no session is the same. The Skype sessions are unique because you can do it from the comfort of your own home! Clients requesting the Skype session will need to have Skype set up on their computer prior to lesson. Laptops are preferable as you will need to be able to have a full body view by laying the laptop on the floor.
Onsite sessions are held at the Grant Station barn or dock area.
