All students have different needs, but for beginners I recommend keeping it light when coming to practice. Bring a yoga/workout mat, face towel, some water & yourself! We have mats available for use.
Wear something that is comfortable that you can move freely in and will dry easily!
Depending on which class you choose, you should expect to sweat a little, laugh a little and have some fun! We don't take things too seriously around here, the most important thing to remember is honor your body.
